Front desk staff were not contactable. Unable to gain access to the building for an hour for check-in and all given numbers were unable to assist. On check out, followed instructions left and key was misplaced by staff. When attempting to contact the number provided all departments were unable to direct to the correct area.

The property was great for the price, we were very happy with our stay. It was close to everything we needed for the weekend. Our only down was the check in accessibility. Was very tricky to navigate the self service.

The check in process was complicated. Received a text stating I’d receive a barcode to scan on arrival. Received approx 4-5 texts none of which quoted a confirmation number or barcode. There was a line of people several of whom were having the same issue. Had to wait for someone to arrive to assist everyone. Took approx 30 mins. The building itself is clean and in good condition. In the middle of Fortitude Valley in Brisbane and despite this our unit on the 9th floor was very quiet. Enjoyed the stay.

The apartment was really nice. Comfy bed, quiet and clean. Unfortunately the checking in process was very bad. We had numerous emails regarding the checkin process and they made very little sense. Ultimately it took us quite some time to get into our apartment.

Great Rooftop pools! Clean and spacious Apartments and rooms with all the mod cons. Only slight issue was no air-conditioning in the Alfred Building foyer

Great location and the parking was easy and secure. Things got a bit dodgy at night time (just around the area) but the property itself felt safe and secure. The apartment had everything we needed; however some areas could do with an upgrade (the tv unit was broken, and stains on the carpet and walls). Overall good value for money
