I booked this property predominantly for the washer and dryer - unfortunately, no washing powder provided, and as I checked in after hours, there was no response to the concierge service. Needed to source from a store late at night, which was costly. Room was nice and spacious, clean.

Really lovely apartment close to a myriad of public transport options. Lots of options for eating within walking distance or really easy to get into Brisbane CBD. Strong recommend

Great location with transport hub nearby. Good selection of food options too. Booked a 2 room apartment and was very happy with the choice. Full kitchen and laundry, lounge and 2 decent rooms. Good wifi and smart tv. Paid the extra for parking which was handy. Pool area was very nice. Read the checkin instructions carefully as reception is in a different tower.

Loved My Stay – Just One Small Note

Had an amazing stay at Fortitude Valley Apartment by CLLIX! I was there for work, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The only thing I’d flag is the shower—it was a bit tricky to get the water temperature just right with the two separate taps (not sure if there’s a trick to it!). Overall though, it was a great stay and the staff were super welcoming and accommodating.

Thursday night is student night so apartments on Alfred Street side of tower are subjected to the open air night club keeping you awake.

Would stay again!

Great place... would stay again in needing to be near Fortitude Valley Music Hall. Area has some definite... characters, but I still felt safe walking around. Apartment is clean and has everything you need. Train station is around the corner (2 mins away), there's lots of food and night life options around and and you can walk to story bridge and to city if you prefer (15 mins to story bridge). The apartment is great, only complaint is the aircon didn't quite reach the bedroom, so was a little warm in there, but we kept the fan on overnight, which helped... but everything was convenient, clean and we loved our stay

Location is great especially for the Brunswick street night life. Apartment itself was ok. A bit on the worn side with a few broken things that did not hamper our stay. Biggest complaint would be lack of sound proofing. You hear everything outside the building which can be bad around a big night life area. Some Aussies apparently like loud cars/motorcycles like their American counterparts. We chose it for location and washer/dryer which was really nice to have.
