My husband had the check in details, along with my relevant documentation required. Unfortunately, since I was not present, they refused to allow him and my 1 year old to check it till I arrived. Instead they had to sit outside in the cold, till I arrived post work event late that evening. Won't stay here again.

Such friendly staff. Convenient location and also that reception is open 24 hours which is fantastic. Rooms and parking easy to find. Service Station 2 minutes away. My room was a little noisy as it was next to the meeting room and restaurant, however it served it's purpose and I was very happy. Rooms could do with some updates, windows, doors, and sitting area however like I said I enjoyed my stay, no complaints whatsoever. Oh and snacks and drinks available to purchase in the room as well.

Definitely not as it appears on the web site. It was basic and quite clean. The restaurants were not open which would have been great to know before we came without any food. I booked 8 months prior to the trip and spent over 4 weeks trying to cancel the date that I didn’t need. They wouldn’t cancel (despite policy saying cancellation free up to a certain date) and charged me for a room I didn’t stay in, even though their was high demand for accommodation near the entertainment centre for a concert. Lost money on this one and won’t stay again. The staff on reception were lovely and I understand it is not their fault, just a poor experience for what was meant to be a great holiday.

It was a convenient place to stay but could have been cleaner. Was stuff in freezer from previous guest, cutlery in draw was dirty, room service tray from guests next door outside waiting for collection all day. Overall it didn’t feel ckean

Does what it says on the tin. Stayed there one night but didn,'t use any facilities. Got to say everthing looked good and plenty of places to go for snacks, shopping within local area. Used after late night flight ready for picking up camper van next day. Taxi $55 from airport 12 midnight.

Bryan Adams concert

Everything worked perfectly. Check in was easy, room was immaculate, pool was clean and because there was a concert that night (and most of the guests were there for that reason) they opened the restaurant earlier so we can dine before going to the show.
