Our cold water tap in the shower was dodgy and wouldn't turn off on Sunday morning. We were told to just leave it running until they got maintenance to fix it on Monday morning, That's a whole day of wasted water, which really upset us. The room itself was good and very clean, but we found it a long way to walk from Southbank and quite a walk from the train station with luggage if you didn't know which street to take.

We are happy to inform you that the water was not left running, it was turned off at the mains until our maintenance team arrived the next day. We would not have left it running.. Would never stay there again. My partner and I stayed for a work trip and we could barely get any business work done from the constant music on at night, all we could hear was the traffic from the road and the staff were honestly not that great. I stood at reception for about 5 minutes and rang the bell twice on check in before someone came and assisted, even then was not that welcoming. I just expected a lot more than what I received. Hotel is also very very out dated.

Being a small hotel our reception can be unattended for a short period as we have to deal with other guests, we would normally put up a sign, sorry if this caused any inconveniences. We apologies about the noise in your room, if we had known we could have done something during your stay, perhaps move you to another room. We do hope you decide to stay with us again in the near future, so you can experience a more positive stay with us in one of our refurbished Riverview apartments. In a city/river view room and it was incredible. We live in Brisbane. But it was different looking at the city from that point of view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially April.

Lovely staff, very dated and dangerous bathroom. Bath tub had holes, broken tiles and fixtures. Very disappointing and unhygienic!

Great views of the river. We chose the breakfast option with our room and enjoyed a great buffet breakfast at the restaurant. Clean and comfortable room. My only complaint would be the very cold bathroom due to ventilation mesh above the window.

Very good views, contemporary fittings (in my room). Fantastic food and service at the restaurant. In room, No desk, disappointing as I needed a small desk and $30 a night parking a bit rich when you’re staying. That really bumps the rate up.

I liked the city views, proximity to city, friendly and helpful desk staff. Great to have have kitchen and sep lounge room. Carpet in bedroom was a bit worn. Overall a good place to stay.
