Bad service.....

I found the place over priced. We had two beds pushed together to make a double.. big lump in between us. So far with money they've taken over 2 hundred out of our accounts more than they should have. . We were told that a refund was in order. But found ourselves asking days later about it.. Even the parking I found to be a joke.. there's no room to turn around unless your driving a mini. And wasnt told it had a price till we were leaving... all in all, i found this place disgraceful.....

While some things have changed since our last visit, the river view, the closeness to Roma St , the Barracks precinct and that comfortable king size bed win hands down and will stay again Had already recommended it to others, who have already booked , prior to this visit, so have advised them of changes and they are still looking forward to their stay.

Air conditioner was leaking water staff in reception told me that maintenance crew did not work on weekends. As it was Saturday, they requested that I turn air condition off while I went out. Then stench front the wet carpet on returning was very bad. Staff did not mention the adjacent Restaurant was operating on reduced hours and would not be opened for Saturday night and would only be opened at 7.00 am Sunday. These two issues were not helpful for my weekend away of 2 nights at Park Regis North Quay where we had stayed before because it is very handy to both Brisbane's CBD and Roma Street Station.

Air conditioner very noisy

Please note this is not said spiteful it’s to help make the place more appealing carpet in my room needs replacing repaint the room have mordern air conditioning shower replacement and difinately replacement of the settee fridge door was filthy toilet paper was so cheap it fell apart before use you can do better you in best location

Fantastic view of the City and River

The worst bed and pillows. A very restless night sleep. The staff were friendly. Car park $30 for the night.

Bigger not always better

Spacious suite but generally down at heel, in dire need of a facelift especially the carpet which was filthy.
