Nice hotel good view but too expensive parking

Hotel facilities are terrific, great location,,the view is amazing but the parking is overpriced,, the wifi connection is poor and also costly.

Good location, only slightly above average comfort

Good spot for those wanting to explore different parts of bris, such as the cbd, southbank, westend, and Caxton st. room is clean, great shower, but the bed mattress is old, had an average night sleep.

Pleasantly Surprised

Pros: Clean room, helpful staff, good minibar and facilities. I was happy with my stay.
Cons: More teabags in the room.
Location: Good if you need access to Roma street station. 5-10 min walk to Queen street mall.
I got a good deal on on this place and wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Clean room, helpful staff, good minibar and facilities. I was happy with my stay.

More than we expected,

We were early coming off a cruise and staff allowed us to park car in car park so we could sightsee before check in time. Really friendly

Great hotel close to railway

Disappointing

When we checked in only one lift was working in the afternoon meaning wait times of up to 10 minutes. When we came back to the hotel later no lifts were working and guests were told it would be a 30 minute wait (at 1am in the morning) for a lift technician. After 30 minutes sanity prevailed and the girl at reception walked everyone up the stairs to our rooms. Unfortunately we were on the 11th floor. As a matter of courtesy I would have thought a free breakfast would have been offered or maybe an apology the next day but nothing. Disappointing.

Conveniently placed good value accomodation

Only fault was that only one lift of two was working at the time of our visit. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable...great views over the Georges River plus short walk across bridge to Southbank and restaurants
