We have stayed at Skytower several times however this time our experience was unpleasant. The room needed so much needed work. The walls weren't painted very well, the tv had no remote, the shower needed to be held up with a face washer or it rolled down, the water pressure was terrible (I got the same if not more pressure from my camping shower) and the air con panel was so bright and it flashed all night. The view was amazing and the staff at check in were wonderful. I'm not sure if I'll be back.

OMG - the view!!! We stayed on the 55th floor and it was an unforgettable experience to be above the city, both during the day and at night. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy walking to public transport, shopping, sightseeing and great restaurants and bars. It would have been good to have maps of the city available. The room was average (and could benefit from a full length mirror), but all is forgiven because of that extraordinary view. Parking was good, although we were a bit nervous to see all those combustible EVs under our skyscraper. Would definitely stay again.

There were some issues with the room. Particularly the bathroom, loose tiles and no ventilation so it was difficult to shower. The blow dryer set off the fire alarm because we could not open the windows. The clothe iron was broken and very outdated. The internet was NON-EXISTENT and made it very difficult to work. The smell in the reception was so overpowering that it was difficult to be in the room. Robert was a 10/10 for service and professionalism. We will not be staying in this Skytower accommodation and will not recommend to friends and family.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom, clean place nice view but you could hear people partying upstairs, insulation could be better, otherwise, nice bed, nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen, nice overall
