Spectacular views, clean, excellent communication by the staff online and in reception. Lovely reception staff. Parking is available for a fee which is well worth it. We got a little lost each time trying to find the car with all the different lifts which isn’t a big deal. The lifts are fast which is good for most people, but sadly wasn’t ideal for the adults like us who experience vertigo, as with the movement of the building. Kids had a ball.

stay at hotel was great, good location and clean room. however, room had a bad smell and needed to be aired out for our whole stay. there was also some miscommunication about arrival process. an email told us to park downstairs in car park temporarily but car park attendant made us leave as guests were not permitted to park there while checking in.
