The apartment was lovely and clean. The location was great. The Reception was in a location disconnected to the main building. There were 3 different entries to the building (depending on where you were staying). Suitable for a family, but not for a couple's getaway.

A small comms issue between reception and cleaners delayed our check-in by 30 min. The apartment was spectacular. The master/2nd bedrooms worked perfectly to allow both my daughter and I uninterrupted sleep. There are a few minor quibbles related to style over function, but overall the stay was brilliant.

The staffs told us that they are giving us a best appartment with beautiful view, but the view was terrible. We didn’t have to pay that much money for such a poor view. The rooms were not cleaned properly and because of the smell we couldn’t sleep in the king size room. The last day when we want to dispose of the waste, even that was out of order. Dishwasher tablets were not there at all. We never expected, taking that much of money and providing this kind of cheap service.

Quite central to most things or at least the transport options. Room had everything we needed and the building was busy but you'd never know.

The property is well located, which is a definite positive. Unfortunately there is very little sound proofing to the rooms and we were woken both nights with people in the hallways talking (and even arguing!!). There were also six of us staying in the three bedroom unit and there were only four chairs, one of which was broken. I asked reception to please replace the broken chair and bring two others, which they said they would do, however this never happened. Disappointing when you are told something will occur and two days later still no action!

Very accommodating of our midnight checkin. Large apartment, fairly clean. However pool was cold when we went to use it, so no go for our stay. Our 44th floor rooms view was of the grate on the building opposite. The ensuite shower leaked water past the shower screen and into the waste pipe in the middle of the bathroom (needed to clean up after every shower). Slight oderous smell in bathroom when starting shower. The apartment was quite clinical, no art work at all just white walls. For $500 plus per night I was expecting a little more. Room number 4406. Good building location and coffee man downstairs.
