The location is perfect, with a large number of dining options and so much to do within a short walking distance. The staff were welcoming and allowed us to have a late checkout at 12pm which assisted our day ahead greatly.

Didn’t like being rushed and told to hurry up because there was a queue starting to check in. Didn’t appreciate being brushed off by the man at the front desk.

In a 2 bedroom apartment, the main room had no view, no TV and no ensuite. The kids 2 single bed room had all of the above????

What a perfect location!! This is a classy property that offers comfort within walking distance to all of the major Southbank attractions and restaurants. Loved my stay here so much I have actually put in an application for a permanent lease on an apartment in this complex.

The service was lovely, great location. Amenities were clean but rather tired/dated - mould in the shower, scratched/scuffed appliances
