Good location. staff at the counter are friendly. However, there are issues with the credit card machine at the counter so ended up my credit card was suspended after putting pass word for three times. I'm sure the password i used was correct as i had been using that on daily basis. it has caused inconvenience of being unable to use my credit card for my trip.

This hotel is in a great location. However the facilities are amazing. The pool is narrow and tiny and the air conditioning controls are old fashioned and difficult to tell what temperature the room is at. In this season my room felt damp and smelt damp. I had an issue with the room being not clean. The bathroom counter top had men’s beard clippings on it. This was extremely worrying due to COVID and made me think that perhaps the enhanced COVID clean that had been promised by Mantra in their promotions and in-room information had not been fulfilled. The hotel restaurant and cafe is also not operational. So no room service or brekkie on site. I find this strange, considering local cafes are open....

Close to where I needed to be, and despite the fact that the restaurant was not open due to COVID restrictions, they provided information on options.

Great location in the middle of South Bank. Plenty of restaurants and lovely walking paths beside the river. Close to bus, train and ferry. Great room and a terrific bed. Great and helpful staff.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Our view was the train tracks instead of Southbank like the picture showed when I booked. The noise made sitting on the balcony impossible & a guaranteed restless sleep. Also an apology to my visiting guest so I was very embarrassed. I’m sure they thought I picked the cheapest room I could find, but that’s NOT the case. This was a money grab as the hotel isn’t even busy. Well I definitely won’t be back & I won’t be recommending my Clients to stay here either.

We can only guarantee city views when our guests book either a one bedroom city view apartment or a studio city view apartment. 2 bedroom apartments are in high demand and we try our best to accommodate city view requests with our two bedroom apartments, but in this case, we fell short. The hotel and staff were very good my only let down was at the end of the day I would have liked to relax with a movie. No real option for that.
