The room was full of dust, all around the edges of the room and the bed head - this created bad allergies for my daughter. The shower head was leaking and spraying everywhere. Seemed to lack maintenance. The room itself although above the rail track was quiet and you couldn’t even hear them (quieter room than above the road).

We always stay here. The room is clean and inviting. There is a large selection of restaurants all within walking distance as is the Southbank Parkland. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately this property is tired and understaffed The staff they have are wonderful and trying hard I didn’t like our room service delivered in a paper bag 😩 We paid extra for a balcony and city view but being on the 5th floor we looked across the road into the commonwealth bank offices so we didn’t use the balcony at all Unfortunately we wouldn’t return to this property

Cost of offsite parking is disgusting, it was pouring with rain on arrival, staff were very disinterested and no help at all!

Air con not working in the room ,no fans . No screens on doors . Open door ,train line directly outside . Worst sleep in a hotel ever .. bathroom in need of upgrades . Mmm location v accommodations.
