Amazing amazing amazing still waiting for bond back but assume it’s not unusual to take 5-10 business days but I’m super duper happy with out time with you and will be telling all family and friends when they come up to visit to book with you guys :)

The gas stove did not work at all. The cleanliness was extremely poor. The dishwasher had no basket for the cutlery. The light shines directly from the corridor into the bedroom making it impossible to sleep.

Thank you for booking and staying with us. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not meeting your expectation. For safety reasons, the gas stove requires the switch to turn on which is located right next to it. The dishwasher has a top rack for the cutlery which might be a different design to the one you use to. If we were notified of the cleanness and light issues upon check-in or during your stay, or if we knew your apartment number, we would be happy to investigate and rectify the issues if any to ensure our guests stay would be a pleasant one.
