Overall this property is a good choice, although certain issues are becoming more apparent and will influence my future bookings. I have stayed here numerous times as the location is ideal for my needs and having parking included and apartment facilities is ideal for me.
However, I am increasingly finding that maintenance is not kept up and have had faulty air conditioners, very dirty balcony with balcony furniture all piled up instead of usable, and cushions/furniture not cleaned.
Add to this, the stay I just had was on level 3 and the noise off Coronation Drive below was unbearable.
We have had good help from staff and management along the way - this stay we locked ourselves out of apartment and thankfully a lovely cleaner was able to get approval to let us back in (over the whole Easter break there was no staff rostered on at all and contact wasn't working), which would not have been necessary if we were issued with 2 keys for the 2 people in the apartment. It's the short cuts that make things difficult.
Parking is included which is great and Toowong Village up the road is very useful (supermarkets and all needs covered).
I hope that Inn On The Park will find feedback useful to get things on track that make these things better and not let it get worse.
