Excellent location in the centre of Brisbane. Walk to attractions, the river and ferries, shopping and dining options. Easy parking opposite. Large well appointed rooms and excellent service. Lovely cafe on ground floor. Highly recommended.

It was a shock to check in and find that I had to pay $80 more than the booking I was offered. This soured the experience. I do not want this to reflect on the staff who were not able to assist at that time as such entities take it out of their hands. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but at end of day I am informed by another that this has happened to them also on Trivago. I should also have checked the information that I was sent as confirmation to be sure I received the rate that was offered. Lesson learnt but I won't be using Trivago as guide for cheapest rate.

A little dissapointed this stay. We have previously stayed with a positive experience however this time we were a little let down. The parking set up has had to change which is fair enough, however there was no communication of this prior to arriving. Secondly the cleanliness of the room was poor. Dusty, forgotten about areas, blankets with stains/marks. We also found a loose pill/medication on the floor and considering we had a small child with us we were quite alarmed at this.

Love the staff!! Friendly and relaxed. Very spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable. Brilliant location. The only issue was construction going on right outside the hotel. But only impacted when going in and out of the hotel. Inside was quiet and relaxed.

Rooms are very large but have steps just inside the door which was challenging with heavy luggage. Beautifully decorated in period theme. Quiet even though in the middle of the city. Tricky to get to with roadworks closing the road at the moment
