Staff were great. Room has paper thin walls, could hear absolutely everything so couldn't get any sleep for the 2 days I was there. No hot water in the shower and the bed was sunken like it was 50years old so woke up with a kinked neck/sore back.

Room was clean and tidy. Sliding door was difficult to open and close. Door would lock itself (there was a warning sign posted). Receptionist on arrival and at point of enquiry was quite abrupt and rude. Receptionist at departure was polite and helpful. Parking onsite is an absolute nightmare. Very small, awkward turns and limited parks to suit regular SUV. Multiple ’small car’ parks either weren’t or couldn’t be utilised.

Direct message from the staff is very good, I can contact them directly, no need to get through to a wait call. The room is big and comfy, perfect for family of 4, we can sleep separately. The food from the restaurant can do better, otherwise all good.

Staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Room was clean 👍 I personally only had issue with the bed I was expecting an actual king size bed not 2 king singles pushed together and for me the mattresses were too soft and sunk in the middle. But overall would stay again just in a Queen room instead. Thankyou
