Nice relaxing stay in a beautiful room with river views. Good amenities and nice buffet breakfast. Nice location near botanic gardens and a short walk to Southbank. Minor quibbles were a broken ironing board and a broken lock on the bathroom door.

Everything was fine except for the unexpected room deposit which cost more than the room itself and still hasn’t been refunded 5 days later despite the receptionist telling us that the room fee would be taken out of the room deposit, which it wasn’t, so we are out of pocket until the refund is processed.
