Location was good only 17min drive to the airport, Roma parkland was a small walk away, as was fortitude valley. Apartment has been refurbished, good size, kitchenette was handy and washing machine in bathroom. Service was ok but because my wife wasn’t well when room service came to clean the room the said to come back the next day and didn’t, so the room wasn’t cleaned for two weeks and had to buy dishwashing liquid and washing powder. We had one dinner knife and like most apartments no sharp knife to prepare food. Suspicious stain on side of couch which was rank and the only other thing was the pool was closed through the Xmas period due to the concrete step being broken, but not fixed for the two weeks we stayed, having Southbank pool not too far away helped on the warm nights.

Hi There, Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We do provide weekly serving of the apartments, and complimentary top ups of any dishwashing liquid / laundry detergent etc required. Please always dial 9 from your apartment and speak to reception about any of these requirements. We do apologise about the pool. We are conducting a refurbishment of the entire pool deck and retiling the entire pool, and the contractors do not work through the Xmas period. This was not a planned refurbishment unfortunately, and if it was, we would have planned the works during winter months. Good news is, within a couple of months the pool deck will be like new and a much better space to hang out.

Convenient Location

Within walking distance to city it was a nice comfy stay. Had a self contained appartment that had everything we needed. Friendly helpful staff, when we could not work something out. As a light sleeper it was ok but on main road, mainly sirens (one a night max not bad) General though road noises were not an issue as up high enough. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Parking available. Would recommend and stay again myself.

Thanks for the feedback and yes we agree that we have a superb location!!! Our target market is the budget conscious corporate traveller, and for that reason, we do not offer daily servicing. To keep our rates down as low as they are, we can only offer weekly servicing as part of our rate. But everyone is different, and we can organise more regular servicing if required for a small fee. Our room was old, tatty, the fridge looks like it was punched in physically, we didnt dare to turn on the air conditoner incase we caught legionaires disease, the fire alarm was held on by two old bandaids, the bed was flimsy, and we found hairs on the bedspread, it is nothing what it looks like in the pictures. This was our first night in away in ever and we were so disapointed and wished we had gone else where. My advice dont stay here, it looks like a bedsit for the poor, there is no luxury what so ever and we couldnt wait to get home to be back in comfort and luxury.

Great position, easy access, close to city.

Pros: Easy access and very close to the city.
Location: Very close to the city, and easy to get around.
Started with a easy and timely check in, the room was great and clean and well appointed.

Good location and amenities

We chose this place based on its location, price, and reviews. By chance it was right next door to a friend we were visiting. We would recommend it to our friends as a good value place to stay

A steep uphill walk from the city attractions.

I booked the penthouse, which was nice. The lighting is quite dim, the upstairs ensuite was dated and there was garbage left under the entertainment unit. However the views are spectacular and the facility is clean, comfortable and secure. Convenience store located across the street. I booked for five adults and the bedding configuration was one queen and two single beds...? That was disappointing on what would have otherwise been excellent.

nice hotel close to city centre

Pros: close to city centre, washing machine
Cons: vacum cleaner needs attachment to pick up hairs, in bathroom and bedroom, from previous guests.
close to city centre, spacious room, excellent cooking facility, use of washing machine and drier. Cleaner needs to spend more time vacum cleaning.
