When we arrived there was a live cockroach in the main bedroom. When the aircon was turned on the main bedroom another cockroach crawled out. One of the towels and a spare pillow had a brown stains on them. The cutlery, glasses and fry pan were not cleaned properly woth lipstick marks on the glasses and food left on thr fry pan and cutlery. When i spoke with reception they assured me they would send someone up to clean but these items were still dirty and clearly no one came up to the room. While it was conviently close to the Show Grounds where we were attending an event, I was disappointed in the room considering the price that was paid. Unfortunately I won't stay here agin

A good place to stay for a few days. Staff were great, had to do late check in and the instructions for gaining access were very clear and easy to follow. Location is handy. Close to a lot of little cafes/restaurants, IGAs and train stations. Room we stayed in was pretty quiet, did hear some street noise, but nothing horrible. Aircon good, bed comfy, only things I would fault would be the couch was a bit hard/uncomfy, there was no cutting board in the kitchen, and the tap on the sink in the bathroom was a bit short, so every time you’d use it, water would spill all on the back of the sink and not actually go in the basin.

Place was clean. Some damage to a couple of b bits (e.g. Dents in a wall). Kitchen well stocked for utensils, but would have been good if there was some things like oils and herbs which are expensive to buy when staying just a few nights as you'd only use a tiny amount of a bottle. A very comfortable apartment in a great location

The apartments are ideally located to explore Brisbane and the surrounding areas. We arrived at Midday and were unable to check in, but were able to leave our suitcases at reception until able to do so at 2pm. Our apartment was located a short distance along the same road, at No44 and access is controlled by a fob entry system at the front door. The apartment itself was spacious and functional with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

They need a sign on light switch near door. Its not a light switch, its a main power supply switch. I dont even know the purpose of putting a mains isolator as a light switch near door entry.

I like how close it was to everything. I like how clean the place was with adequate kitchen facilities. Its really close to public transport and places to eat and buy things at i.e IGA What i didnt like was nothing its great!

Really nice apartment that had everything we needed (apart from a pair of scissors) and very quiet despite being in a built up area. Never heard any noise from other apartments. Friendly and helpful reception. The train station is less than 10 minute walk to get into the city or airport.
