We liked the fact it was close to where we had to be, but the dirtiness of the apartment was so gross even my children where grossed out by it! chucks of long black hair on the carpet in the bedroom, cockroaches running around our room and white plastic crap and hair in the pool every where.

We waited for over 50 minutes at 7pm at night after travelling for 6 hours despite frequent calling until someone could check us into our room - a better option would be to leave the key in a lock box or tell us our room number prior with a code to enter. Really bad communication.

Best location, best views in the house! Needs more appliances and kitchen essentials to be able to use the self contained apartment status, and further cleaning in the shower door seals (very mouldy). Other than that we had an amazing stay and will be back again.
