Normally I would have no issues checking in a little early but this time my room was not ready until well after 3pm. Work was being done with exterior windows and two large mechanical cranes occupied several parking spots and a large charter bus was parked in front of main lobby entrance.

Hotel is always exceptional except this stay noise level was horrible .There was A restaurant at neighboring hotel Cariba royale blasting music till 10 or 11 o'clock at night .My party was quite tired and just wanted to rest.This did not allow for that to occur.

Rooms are okay but not the cleanest, ofcourse i found a thick fake lashes on the floor. Second day, room services only made the bed, didnt clean the bathroom or put new towerls. Its very basic.
