Clean room, great staff, especially in the morning. Going down stairs for breakfast was really nice. It is just a great family atmosphere. The staff is amazing at breakfast, and the made to order omelets are on point. No complaints here. Lots of food options in the area or Walmart just down the street. And the Mall is a block away.

Our room was clean, breakfast was good the gentleman making omlets was not very friendly. Both times we were at the pool there were zero towels and we were told they were all dirty. They would not give any other towels either we had to get the towels from our room for our kids to use. We have stayed here many times. But the last 2 times it seems to have gone down hill a little bit.

Our room was clean and comfy. Late evening and overnight staff however.... was less than desirable. Asked for a blanket at 9:45 pm at the desk. Sent back to room and was told someone would bring me one..... called every 20 min after that until 11:20pm and was told ya he'll come bring you one. At 11:20 over night staff was incredibly rude telling me. "House man" had gone home without doing it and they have no access to blankets. I don't know how many of you have shared a queen with skinny cold teenager.. but y'all need your own blanket... I had to sleep with a sheet from the bed doubled up and a hoodie. The next day I was dismissed by the same girl because she was "busy with other guests and would send one up later" I told her that I had no problem waiting for a blanket, no need for anyone to bring it to me. Ill wait in the lobby. Low and behold someone came out 20 seconds later with a blanket. ... we tried to contact a manager through the cards provided on the desk with no answer. Hotel is beautiful . In room fridges are crap froze everything and ruined all of our food.

Very clean room and Hotel. The staff were amazing. The hotel gave resort vibes!!! Enjoyed the large pool and sitting in the lounge area with a warm beautiful fireplace. Breakfast with custom made omelet put this place over the top. The bed was comfortable and the room had a great layout for the 5 days we stayed.

Excellent service! I arrived tired and hungry just minutes before the bar/restaurant was due to close, but they accommodated me with a meal and a cocktail with no complaints, and it was yummy! My room is great (clean, comfortable, and inviting), and the breakfast is outstanding. Great stay and a very nice hotel! Not really thrilled about the appearance outside, but I’ll cut them some slack on that.
