We have a hypoallergenic dog, because Allergic reactions to pets. But we stay in a Pet Room, but the Last few Stays the Bathrooms have had lots of Hair, it looks like they dont even Try to Clean them.

Very convenient in the middle of town and close to the air force. Great free breakfast buffet.. A great place to hang out by the fire and have a cool drink.. A very fun indoor pool. It was a great day for our family.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. My only complaint is that it was hard to get a good nights rest. Kids were running up and down the hall way late at night and early in the morning. Nothing to do with the hotel it was about the parents.

I’ll tell you what, this place surprised me. The pictures on the Internet seemed to show the outside of the hotel to look a little newer so when we drove up, we didn’t quite know for sure. But once we stayed there for a while and saw the way the staff worked, the service, the full breakfast, the beautiful inside of the hotel. It was amazing and I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic stay at The Academy Hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and nice, the staff was amazing and went above and beyond, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything about the experience was top-notch. My "go-to" place to stay when I am in Colorado Springs!

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was overall clean but very aged. The paint in the restroom was cracking. There was something on the hallway floor by our room and it was still there 3 days later. The vending machine under the steps by our room had crackers and dust on it the entire time we were there. It would be nice if there were better lighting in the atrium area.

Outside the trash cans need to be emptied and the litter and dog poop are not being maintained. Rooms are tired and bedding dated, Bathrooms rooms have been poorly maintained (painted wallpaper, sloppy caulking, dirty shower). T.V remote control batteries and light bulbs. Deferred maintenance is obvious.
