ALL The staff, in every dept. was over the top helpful, friendly, and lovely. The breakfast buffet is worth $18 and the $7 cup of green chili was amazing. Nice HOT showers. Clean everything. Parking is easy. Internet works. Good for the price.... The direct tv sucks bad bad, 10 seconds on and 10 seconds off, every channel. Fix that.

I question the cleanliness, I found someone's beer can in the fridge. I question the restaurant staff, half was unseasoned and the salmon was salted to the point of being inedible. The desk staff and bartender were very nice.

The views are great! This is a really beautiful old hotel, but they seem really short staffed. The staff that was working was kind, but things moved slowly, if at all.
