Our stay was fantastic and I would love to come back. The staff is exceptional. I accidentally left my rings in a locker after visiting the spa and both the spa staff and front desk attendant, Cole, made sure I got them back. The spa services were amazing (shout out Joshua,) and the amenities are fantastic. It’s a little far from town but the club steakhouse was excellent.

We loved our stay! The views are spectacular. I would have liked for the pool to be a little more heated. Not all of the pools were open though as we would have liked the adult pool. Overall, really enjoyed. The food at the Fortezza is top notch. Loved the unwind happy hour as well. We will be back for sure.

Staff was very courteous and amenities where generous and well maintained . Would highly recommend the steakhouse for the choice cut of steak and selection of wine . There was a issue with a room next to ours but the receptionist Kaylee took care to see the issue was resolved that same day. She clearly went above and beyond for us so hope she gets commended.
