I was double and overcharged for accommodations already paid for! I had to cancel my card to keep from being charged even after my stay. There's several bars which was nice until the other guests got drunk and began fighting and yelling at the top of their lungs obscenities. Not family friendly or peaceful when we stayed so i don't recommend. Much better options in that area.

The procide complementary gold cart or rides to get to otjer parts of the resort. The spa was absolutely perfection too.

Room was clean and staff was courteous. I arrived late at night on Christmas eve. It would have been nice if someone had offered help to get my luggage up a stairwell to my room.
