A magical find.

surprizingly charming and incredibly comfortable. Clean and thoughtful room design. Really liked the pool and the roof deck. Central and walkable to so many destinations in the city. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Recommendation

Very large clean and quiet room on 9th floor. Beds are really comfortable and I am fussy. The best thing is the quiet Air Conditioning. Most hotels don’t have this and honestly I slept better than in most hotels I’ve stayed in for this reason. I liked how much bigger the room felt because of the high ceilings. Staff are very friendly. Only had a small bit of breakfast so can’t comment only that they seemed to have the regular breakfast big hotels offer. I’m not a big breakfast person but I know Americans like their eggs and bacon! Quiet area with lots of guests coming and going.

Staff at the hotel get an A+++++

Before flying in, I talked to Brie, who made sure it was noted that we had a late arrival and ensure we could stay in same room bc of separate bookings. She also said Gina would take care of us upon arrival, and she did. (Thx Brie and Gina!) upon our arrival, we were starved and the valet told us about Parma Pizza, which was open late and it was really good. Thanks Mr. Valet - you were spot on regarding the food!! So far so good. But then again, we stay in a lot of Drury’s… and we’ve yet to be disappointed. Staff are always pleasant, good attitude, and helpful. Won’t lie tho, the hotel is a bit worn out and probably needs a refresh (but it’s clean!). our bed was comfortable, it’s quiet, and it’s super convenient to all things in town. The staff really do put this hotel on top.

I did not like the fact that it cost $39 a day for overnight parking and then there is a mandatory tip you have to pay in order to get your vehicle. The first time we waited a while and the second time I went through the app before even coming downstairs and my vehicle still wasn’t ready. The front desk clerk helped me with that issue. But this is crazy. I don’t mind tipping for good service but since they know you must tip regardless then that’s the service you get.

It was a very easy place to stay and extremely family friendly. Breakfast and dinner were solid and saved money on the trip. Would be perfect if traveling with a family as all the food was kid friendly too.

Hi we definitely enjoyed the Druery suites.. location was ideal for the venue just across the river. 20 minute bridge walk. Great restaurants around and close to fre public transportation that Pittsburgh offers when your down town.

My room was especially dark with few lamps and electrical outlets. In order to see in the closet I had to turn on the bathroom lights. The window looked at a wall. There were no real glasses and no bottled water available for purchase. Overall I felt that this was a budget hotel trying to appear upscale.
