The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite comfortable. Our only issue was waiting almost an hour for valet to get my vehicle. It seemed that on as busy of an anticipated check-out day that they had maybe 2 valet attendents and we did call for our car well before we packed up our things from the room and then sitting downstairs. Thought for sure they would have more valet's. Other than that the hotel is beautiful, the pool was great, and the free food was a welcome surprise.

The hotel is great. Parking is a bit of a bear but the hotel is a great location. Staff is a little sassy about coming and going so make sure if you go out of your room, you have your ID and room key.

Our room was not ready by check-in time. The room overall was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Used the hot-tub twice during our stay and the second time noticed the bubbles had a brown tint to them. Needless to say that ended my relaxation time and I immediately got out. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. Same food options both mornings. Happy hour was nice and the drinks were made to my liking. Not the best Drury that I’ve stayed at but it was in a good location downtown and I would stay again.

Friendliest & most helpful staff we’ve ever had at a hotel. Hot tub actually worked unlike the last 5 hotels we’ve stayed at. Free food for breakfast & dinner was good. Drink vouchers for happy hour was great. Mattress was very comfortable. We loved the Drury Plaza!

The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep due to some very enthusiastic late-night “activity” next door. The walls seem thinner than expected, and the noise carried well into the night. If improved soundproofing were in place, this would have been a much more restful stay.

One of best hotels I have stayed at. The Staff was tremendous and took care of all your needs imedediatly. The General Manager was out on the floor the entire day just checking in on people and constantly solving problems. The Valets was incredible and went above and beyond.

Great location by the convention center. Always appreciate the big, FREE breakfast and free happy hour drink. Tip - park at the Grayhound bus station just two blocks from the hotel - it's much cheaper than valet parking and a very easy walk.
