Every member of the staff went above and beyond, they were all amazing! They were all incredible! The room was really clean, we didn’t end up being able to take advantage, but the food and drinks they offer were a really nice perk!

Overall, it was fine for me. I'm not fussy, and it was close enough to the convention center. The morning breakfast was the only negative, both limited and so-so at best. Then again, I'd go there again as the staff was most cordial and the price was much better than the Westin down the street, a bit closer to the convention center ... but not enough to make me want to pony up for the difference.

Nice hotel, Great afternoon kickback

Hotel is nice, well located, and decently priced. Breakfast is good with many options. The 5:30pm kickback is great. 1 free drink and 2 vouchers for 1$ drink (not full bar though...). You can actually have dinner there too (for free). Rooms are clean and good size. Worth the stay.

I found every member of the staff at the Drury Pittsburgh to be very helpful. They were proactively helpful and answered questions when I asked for information about the area. I found the hotel to be very well kept. I found the room to be clean, pleasant, and with plenty of space in the main area and bathroom. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Rooms are ok, but very dark. This is a simple 3 star hotel by international standards. The only reason to stay here is that it is in walking distance to the exhibition centre. The breakfast is awful - as per international standards. Lots of sugar, sugar, and more sugar. By American standards, it is average. Hotel is thus a 3 star hotel, nothing more, nothing less.
