Our bathroom was disgustingly dirty. There was hair on the ground, unknown substances on the walls, floors looked like they hadn’t been washed. Bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky.

Service is always excellent but the hotel itself is getting a little rundown. Our room had a towel sticking out of the bathroom light/fan fixture, the wall vent was coming out of the wall, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed . It was a busy weekend there but maintenance seems to be slipping.
