Nice stay overall. Outdate facility

Staff was excellent and professional. We stayed on the 16th floor. Outlets and light switches were not working near the bathroom, which we mentioned to the staff upon checkout. Temperature was probably set at a certain limit, and we weren't able to set it any higher than we would have liked (it was a little bit chilly at night). Overall, a nice stay for the price. Good walking distance to restaurants and stadium. We felt safe walking around the area.

Has sort of an 90’s throwback vibe, but for the price and the location, it is great. Near great restaurants and cheap cab rides to other neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. The staff was extremely thorough and friendly. It was like family. We got in around midnight and our rooms were waiting for us. Will definitely be back.

Kids were running up and down the hallway knocking on doors yelling I had to go down to the front desk to complain and when I came back up I ran into one of the kids parents. But the people next to me were slamming there door the whole time I was there. I will never stay there or recommend this place to anyone.
