It was a beautiful place to stay with great view of the park and rivers. Room was nice but lacked a coffee maker and microwave which was disappointing and quite shocking, to be honest. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially the bellman and valet drivers. Being unfamiliar with the city we just did Uber/Lyft, which really added up between the parking fee (45/day) and 1 ride to dinner and back the first night, and then a ride to concert and back the second night. Parking and rides alone came to over $200 for 2 nights so the great price on the room really didn’t end up savings. It was our first time in the city and we really enjoyed being able to walk downtown, it reminds me of NYC but without so many people. There is ice skating nearby and cute holiday shops and many amazing restaurants! We enjoyed our stay and the awesome staff.

Room was in good condition, but no wash cloths stocked in the room. Asked for more cups for the in-room Keurig never given or brought up. Had an excellent view of River and they accomodated us the request to change from City view to river view. Most of the staff was helpful. Consierge clerk at check in could have been more friendly. We were not told that there was no resturant service for the paid breakfast, but given a voucher to use at the "Ground Stop" cafe in hotel. Barista there did a great job! over-all stay was nice but would have liked to have known up front that there was going to be an additional $50 temporary charge on our bill that is to be removed in 7 business days if room inspection was satisfactory. Thank you and Merry Christmas!!
