I received a message on the way to the hotel that because of a marathon the roads around the hotel were going to be closed on Sunday. Checkout time was changed to 3pm. So we had to leave afternoon of Saturday. The rooms were moldy smelly. Had to ask for toilet paper. Breakfast was good. The rooms were not good, moldy and it affected us with the breathing and allergies.

Have stayed here a couple of times and excellent service both times. The only issue we had both times is with the pool towels. They are not restocked enough. I went first thing yesterday morning and there were no towels, my daughters went in evening one night and no towels.

Didn't realize the Pittsburgh great race was happening that weekend until we were on our way there Friday. The hotel did send a notice. We just had to leave very early Sunday @5 am to beat the road closures

Horrible experience!!! We arrived late, valet was no where to be found. Frank was working the check in counter. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty, stunk and hot. I called down to request a new room and again Frank was rude and acted like we were just trying to get something for free or being difficult. The sheets were damp from the humidity in the room. The room he moved us to was just as bad but smaller beds. Room wasn’t cleaned even once during our 3 night stay. We had to make multiple requests to even get fresh towels and trash removed. Luckily the house keeping manager overhear my husbands conversation with the front desk and did arrange to have towels sent up right away. The location of the hotel and lobby are wonderful. Staff, actual rooms and service - probably one of my worst experiences. Wyndam - do better!

the stay was okay, but the rooms were so dirty! They do not thoroughly clean the rooms. It smelled like mildew as soon as we walked in the room which caused my allergies to flare up and it was humid in there no matter how much we turned the air up. expect to see scum in the bathrooms, stains on the blankets, sticky carpet, dust and spots on furniture, peeling wallpaper. I chose this hotel over others in the area because I wanted a nicer hotel which is what it seemed like online but I would not come back. I prioritize cleanliness over anything else. And the price we paid doesn’t reflect the quality or cleanliness of the hotel.

We checked in for 2 nights and we only had 2 paper thin bath towels. Bathtub was completely backed up when showering. Floor was dirty. Nothing to put in the coffee. Advised front desk upon checkout and was ignored.

The lobby of the hotel is very clean and beautiful. The rooms are clean but the furniture is a bit shabby. The view from the room and the location of the property can’t be beat. Walkable to all attractions downtown and on the North Shore.
