The staff was exceptionally helpful. When I asked for directions to a store to buy an umbrella the gentleman at the front desk provided me with his or the hotel's umbrella to use. It was so super helpful and thoughtful. I was going to a ceremony and it started to pour while there- that umbrella was key! Thanks very much to MC hotel for putting guest first and caring!!

The people in the room next to us were loud and we were only staying one night driving through. We asked the front desk attendant if they’d put us in a non adjoining room and they graciously gave us they only one left without hesitation. That customer service made all the difference. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location

It was confusing at check-in where to park the car. Various options, but none very convenient. Also, there was a white substance in the corner next to the A/C unit under the window (see picture) The shower curtain didn't have a lining. The door to the closet didn't close. Beds were very good.

Got charged extra for parking because I booked online. Room smelled like wet dog. Received 5 Emails about nonsense just for booking one hotel room.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly! The rooms were clean and pleasant, but walls are paper thin. Parking is quite expensive, especially for an open and uncovered lot.
