Nice clean hotel. Kind of off the beaten path. I tried changing my room via the hotel.coms app but it never happened even though the app said it did. Hotel staff was able to easily accommodate a last minute room change.

At check in we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to appear at the desk. The sign said they were helping a guest. There was no cold runing water in the bathroom. I have to say the bed was very comfortable and I especially liked the pillows! I left too early to enjoy any breakfast

Room not like the picture. The location is okay if having an overnight layover. It is around 10 minutes from airport. Expedia had it as having airport shuttle. They do not. Staff is great. No real breakfast. The room is dated but bed is comfortable.

You definitely get what you pay for. I was trying to find the cheapest option since I’ve never been in the area and was only staying for a short amount of time. There wasn’t any large issues, but you definitely get what you pay for. Cleanliness wasn’t the best since I saw stains and dust, toilet you had to flush multiple times in order for it to go all the way down, bathtub was extremely slippery and didn’t have a bath mat to help stabilize yourself, and TV didn’t work for me at all

It was terrible. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, there was a leak from the ceiling that flooded the hall. The front desk staff is not there 24hrs as advertised. The restaurant is closed as well and not as advertised. The plumbing problems here are ridiculous and the photos look nothing like the property in person. I’ve already reached out to executives with a formal complaint.

I stay here often and the rooms are okay. Usually have spots on the wall where paint is peeling up but it is a clean hotel and the staff are friendly and courteous. However this last stay we had no hot water. It got luke warm at best.

Room was clean. Very poor lighting. Couldn’t see in bathroom or room. No shower curtain in bathroom. Hallways very dark. Breakfast was very poorly set up and not much to choose from. Room was not cheap. Felt for the price things could have been better.
