The crew were excellent. The rooms are a bit dated. There was constant noise coming from the bathroom. The hotel in general needs to be freshened up.

Love this. I highly recommend it if you’re wanting to visit San Diego. It’s at a perfect location. Walking distance to many attractions and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. I had no problem with being charged but you should know that valet parking $65 and a $25 daily charge will be added at your stay at check in. I did realized that would happen cause I didn’t read the fine print. But I didn’t mind it. Valet was great and we did use our room service.

Our stay was amazing clean staff was very pleasant. Breakfast is delicious with with omelet/eggs made to order social hour is amazing and indoor pool made the entire trip

Great location allow walking to major dining and sight seeing attractions. Breakfast was just average, typical Embassy on the mainland. Staff is wonderful. Valet only parking was expensive and slow. The staff was working fast but there's only so much they can do.
