The EV charging parking slots were occupied by a jeep and a car, both non-EVs, thus preventing me from charging my Tesla EV. Hilton/Hampton Inn management should do something more to ensure those parking slots be really reserved to EV clients. The clerk at the check-in counter cannot do anything to help us. I look at this EV charging capabilities as a factor when booking so I’m disappointed this happened. Hoping you can do something to correct this. Thank you. JTA 25Oct25

I didn't appreciate how the photos look online versus in person. It's very deceiving. It's obvious the property is old and there have been some upgrades, but the furniture is cracked and peeled, the rooms are smaller than advertised, again, just very deceiving. The location of the property was convenient for what we traveled for.
