Very pleased with the clean room, amenities and staff. Breakfast was excellent and it saved me some time from having to go somewhere else. the location was also great. Having free parking would have made it 5 stars for me.

I originally booked this room because I was looking for a hotel that had a shuttle to the airport and that was one of the filters I selected and when I checked in, there was no shuttle service. I was put in a room where the pool/hot tub was right out side the window and early in the morning there were kids screaming and yelling from the cold water that sounded loud enough to be in my room. I was also right by the elevator and could hear people talking and then there must have been some activity going on in the room above me because it sounded like there were people jumping off the bed onto the floor and running across the room.... so, it was not the quietest or most relaxing stay, but it did the job and I called for an uber to take me to the airport the next day. I don't believe I would stay again.

Disappointed that we didn’t see an all in price with the million resort fees that California adds on. Also surprised with the cost of parking at our hotel, I would like to be able to know that from looking at the hotel on your website. And apparently you don’t get any room service the first two nights which I think is tacky. Overall spent way more than advertised price and got way less service than usual.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel. We found that the room was very clean and the mattress es were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the coffee bar!

I chose this property specifically because it advertised electric vehicle charging for guests. Unfortunately, there was only one functioning charger for the entire hotel, and my car wasn’t charged when I needed to leave for LA in the morning. I was also disappointed by how loud the hallways were. While I understand the hotel can’t control guest behavior, the lack of soundproofing made it feel like the hallway noise was inside the room and made it impossible to sleep after 7 AM.

It was a great place to stay. However, the room cleaning service is every other day (unless you ask for it I guess). We stayed for 2 days, but the room was never cleaned, which I am not sure is a trend in the hotel industry now.
