3.5 Stars this time around and that’s because of out of our 2 night stay my wife and I weren’t able to “relax” in the jacuzzi due to kids jumping around. There should be at a certain hour “21 over” since you have that beautiful view, fire pits and bar. Secondly our hot water in our shower failed mid evening Saturday, we let he water run but it wasn’t working, next morning the same. This will not prevent me from returning, we love it here.

Faucets in bathroom need to be replaced since lot of calcium deposits. Shower faucet also need to be changed specially valves cause uneven water temperature Parking gate gives problem to get in and out at times. Great location !

We are from San Diego and know the area very well but our first time staying at the Hilton here in SD. The front desk agent was rude, er got three various charges that didn’t make any sense and she couldn’t even explain why we were charged. The room had a nice view but other than that very basic and underwhelming it can use upgrades. The pool onsite was tiny was only 3ft looked just like a kiddy pool. We were super underwhelmed by the experience we stay at Hilton’s all over the country while the hotel location is beautiful the stay and experience was mediocre at best.

The parking entry to hotel is not convenient. The beds are uncomfortable. The pool water is not heated right. And the jacuzzi was also not heated enough.

Our room was great. Everything was clean. The pillows were horrible, fluffy, but went flat quickly. The hotel gives aluminum refillable water bottles, but no water refill stations. But we noticed it was like that through the city.

Coordinated for room decor for bday celebration and it wasn’t done. Check in lines were super long taking forever. Never got maid service, had to call for towels. Over priced for what what we got. Convenient to go to a ball game but other than that wouldn’t stay again.

Clean property, comfy bed and pillows. Signage was a little confusing for walkways and where various shops/restaurants were but it’s manageable. Construction was going on in the building starting around 8/9am which was annoying, but not the end of the world. Also no shampoo just 2 shower gel bottles and a conditioner. But the view was amazing.
