I don't appreciate the fact that they have kept my deposit, not because we did anything to warrant it being taken but because they say that they never charge the deposit to your card but just put a hold on it. But I have a bank statement that says otherwise but still they have not given me my money back

Honest Review

Hotel has been remodeled but it is dingy. The carpet has paint over spray all over it with dirt stains which left my feet dirty from walking barefoot on it. It’s not in the best area. The staff was nice and accommodating. The bedding was clean but I would recommend bringing your own pillow.

Guests next to my room screaming, yelling, banging walls, doors. I called reception to report it & nothing. 40 minutes later I called again & the man that answered phone insulted me & hang up. I called back & he would not respond. I called until he answered & asked for his name. I asked for manager to call me. He said call back in the morning & hang up again.
