The management is horrible, the staff are unhelpful, the phone number to call never picks up or answers overall just a horrible system and would not recommend to anyone in the future

The room was dirty when we arrived also they charged $15 per day for parking which was not told to us prior to booking, The elevator had issues and also the service for the elevator Has been expired since last year which probably explains why the elevator does not properly work And the rooms had odors. Also housekeeping staff is completely horrible service it took an hour and a half to bring up towels. And the front Desk Was no better completely disrespectful in rude, I would not even bring my dogs back to this hotel much less my kids Or should I say motel. They may have changed the name of this hotel but the service and quality still says below standard .

Don't stay here if you need a crib!
Very run down. For the price i wasn't expecting greatness but the floor was gapping and the bathtub was broken. It took 4 hours to get someone to bring a crib to the room after calling multiple times, asking at check in, and putting it in our requests when booking.

Ok stay - but they kept my deposit
The guy who worked the front desk was nice. The hotel is clean. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. The only bad thing really was that the deposit was not refunded. I called and they said it was refunded on their end but when I contacted my bank they said it was charged. So now I’m stressed trying to get my $150 deposit back from them. I left the room very clean so this should not be an issue.

We stayed here last night with two adults and two kids (17 and 11). It was the best deal in the area to sleep all of us comfortably! Super affordable rates compared to all of the other options nearby. The property is a little older, but I don't care much about that as long as it's clean and safe, which it definitely was! Also very conveniently located about a half mile away from Target and lots of shops and restaurants. We stayed here for a trip to the Zoo and it wasnt a far drive at all to that either. I rarely leave reviews but thought this place deserved some praise because I was really impressed for the price. We will definitely be back soon!
