Room quite average. Bed fine but not top quality in terms of comfort as in other hotels. A bit outdated in general. Decent if you find a discounted rate, otherwise I would expect more. Room has a mini fridge, but has no microwave, which was very disappointing. It had no coffee maker either, but I got one upon request. They do not provide even a continental breakfast. There is a restaurant on site, but that turns out pricey and considering there is no microwave in the room it forces you to eat out a lot!

The parking are really small, yes your car fits in the parking space but you would not be able to open the doors without hitting other cars, there is ants in the room crawling over the wall in the bathroom shower and on the sink, the carpet was clean but if you take your shoes off your feet or socks will get black, i pay my reservation for 4 people and I only got two towels, i gad to ask for more, the outside of the rooms including the parking are too dirty and spiders web all over, the cleaning ladys where super nice but this location needs an upgrade on the carpets and do something about the ants and spiders infestation they have

This Best Western is dated. The rooms could use a significant refresh, there was a lack of hot water and the towels need some love too. The room itself was clean and the cleaning staff were great and responsive. For the price of the room, I would like to see some deferred maintenance done. Overall the place is fine, good location but not somewhere I would seek out.

The first day of 5 we got our room and reported the fridge was not running, the phone didn’t work and certain lights would not turn on. They said they would have maintenance come look. Nothing changed or was fixed. The next day we went to use the exercise equipment and not any of the 4 pieces of equipment worked. We only were able to have room service on one day because they came at different times each day. We liked that parking was free and they had chargers for electric cars free for guests use, but one of the chargers was being held together with duct tape.

Bad experience

We checked in late to an unfortunate find. One of the queen beds was wet and when I called the front desk, I was told they were sold out! They offered towels to cover up the wet area and I had to walk to the office to get them. I was tired from the drive and accepted the towels to have some rest. The room had a musty smell. All night my husband, son and me where tossing and turning, scratching. I woke up early morning to a Trail of aunts in the bathroom. We checked out in the morning!
