Bed Bugs!!!!

the hotel as expected. But the major issue this trip with this hotel is I found I was bitten by bedbugs. This is very disturbing and disgusting and I am under treatment from the biting. Never expecting this from an Hilton hotel...I have to think twice next time when book this hotel.

This hotel was good, but nothing spectacular. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and it was good for what we needed, but didn't "wow" me. Our room had a few odd things that were annoying, but wouldn't hinder me from staying again (the bathroom door made lots of noise when we opened/closed, which was annoying in the middle of the night when we had 2 toddlers sleeping, and the room had no ventilation in the bathroom, as well as somehow had the smells from the restaurant downstairs basically being piped into our room). Overall it was fine; we didn't use the bar, restaurant, or pool, so we can't speak to that, but overall the parking and elevators were easy, which is a big deal with traveling with little kids. The beds weren't the greatest, but did the job for a few days.

Decent Stay

It’s a great location for proximity to both local malls. Accommodations are decent. You can tell housekeeping cuts corners in their cleaning as I had to clean the shower before use and the drain was slow. Not what I expect as a Hilton member. They also have irregular cleaning hours. One day I came back to my room around 1pm and still had not yet been cleaned. In general staff is friendly. Restaurant is convenient but not a must try. Parking fee is one of the highest in the area at $37 a day. It was a last minute trip so can’t complain too much as my preferences were all booked.
