They couldn’t charge my credit card because I lost it and replaced it with a new card. So they sent me an email saying they would cancel my reservation if I didn’t give them a new card by 10/18/25 at 3:49 (they didn’t say AM or PM). I arrived at 1AM on 10/18/25, and they told me they had already cancelled my reservation at 9pm. So I was stranded without a hotel room at 1AM with my family and young child. Jerks.

My only complaint is the breakfast. You can walk up to serve yourself, but no one told me if I get a tablespoon of the potatoes that my bill would be over $30. I had eggs and potatoes and coffee. It was seriously overpriced.
