We won’t stay here again, it was not clean and there were bugs living in the grout cracks of the bathrooms. Some of the staff were very kind and others were rude.

The room was decent for just a short getaway trip. It’s located in the center of Lite Italy with a great selection of restaurants. The Saturday farmer’s market is just outside the door of this location. The amenities in the room at okay. Toilet paper is terrible - like sand paper.

Loved my stay here! The staff deserves 10 stars for how friendly they were. I felt extremely welcomed and they were so accommodating. The location is close to transit which is nice if you do not have a vehicle. Being a solo traveler, the room was perfectly sized for my needs. I also could not hear anyone around me, which was another plus. Definitely will stay again next time I’m in the area.

The location of the property is great. There are several restaurants in walking distance and the trolley is a couple of blocks from the hotel. What I did not take into consideration is the noise from late night events or the early morning deliveries to the restaurants nearby. If you are light sleeper this may impact your sleep.

Needs better customer service.

Room is small and needs some renovation, location is good, needs to improve their customer service, the room did not have the number on the door it took me sometime to figure it out, also I needed to ask about the area, why receptionist did not advice about the number and what we can do in the area? Any recommendations?
