The check in was fast directions to our room was easy to follow rooms are quiet. Breakfast room was clean and plenty to eat i would stay there again right near the freeway but i never heard the traffic.

I did not stay here for that night. When I booked for the night. HOTELS.COM App. Reload my page during checkout, and the dates were switched without my knowledge. When "chatting" with customer service, they made it seem that they were going to assist me, and i was under the impression that i would be receiving my money or have some type of credit. But they fail to do their job. This was the second "incident" that occurred. During the first time, HOTELS.COM was able to hangle the issues with no daley. And now, they can't. WOW! THANKS for nothing. I will be removing the application and booking hotels elsewhere.

Hotel about 10 mins from the airport, about 10-15 mins from Sea World, 10 mins from Mission Bay, close to Downtown Gaslamp Quarter basically close to all point of interest including the Safari Zoo about 35 mins. Hotel installation is decent and friendly staffing. The pool and the hot tub are just fine to enjoy with the family and the room was clean and spacious. In overall a nice place to stay.

When we arrived around 1pm just to tell the receptionist we had a reservation for two nights, he told us our room hasn't been cleaned yet. It was fine since it wasn't the check-in time yet. However, when we got to the room after 4pm, the room definitely has not been cleaned. The fridge had little crumb-like stuff on the bottom half inside. I ended up using my own sanitizing wet wipes to clean the inside and the outside. The microwave also had stains on the side. The living room table in front of the couch was chipped off on the corner. The window in the bedroom was not clean. There were many stains on the bottom part. The window in the living room could not close. When we tried to turn on the lamp in the bedroom, it did not work. I checked to see if it was plugged in after I moved the lamp desk away from the wall. It was not plugged in. Of course, I plugged it in for it to work. The bathtub drainage didn't work unless we pulled out the drainage part. Another thing is, I felt itchy right after entering the room. There is banging from all sides of the walls, including the ceiling. Even the Best Western from Plus Bayside on Ash Street isn't this bad. It was not bad at all. Thia location also didn't have any stores closeby.
