Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This is my first and last time staying here. We used valet for our car which was $65 for one night. There was a resort fee of $45 for one night in addition to what I paid Expedia. Upon arrival after a long drive our room had food all over the floor and there was still trash in the bins. We had to leave the room so they could clean it. My kids socks were black from the dirty carpet in that room. It’s not clean and unsanitary. Then I get an email that they need me to approve additional charges because their systems were down and couldn’t charge my credit card. I emailed them back with my concerns and haven’t heard back from them. This hotel is not for families. It’s for company’s to have their convention meetings as there’s a big convention hall next door.
