I was disappointed by how noisy and chaotic the experience was, especially given the $300+/night rate. There were loud, intoxicated guests—likely from a convention—disrupting the peace, and while highway noise was minimal, it added to the overall disturbance. The biggest issue was waking up to find painters right outside my window with no prior notice—completely visible while I was changing. While I did enjoy certain aspects of the hotel, the experience felt like a comedy of errors and definitely didn’t match the premium price point. The hallways also felt outdated and uninspired. And they "gym" is really just a fitness room. On top of that, undisclosed fees like $25 for parking and a $30 resort fee brought the total nightly cost closer to $400, which was frustrating.
