Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a great view but we were right on Mission Beach boardwalk so could be a little noisy at times. One evening we had a Hari Krishna group doing their thing under our balcony but they eventually moved on. Close to lots of good food options. Ice cream at Pacific Beach Ice Cream is the best!

Our room had a “partial” ocean view, but with a very well placed wall of mirrors we actually had an ocean view all the time! The room was large, clean & comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But the real star of this hotel is the beach access and the amazing views! I would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean. Coffee maker looked like someone had tried to warm up their coffee by pouring it into the water area and then it burned/dried on to the maker. Staff quickly replaced the coffee maker. Front desk staff was very courteous.
