eh! not a 4star.

overall the resort was okay. however, the room was not clean, bed wasn't comfortable, AC never really worked and was extremely loud. the staff at the hotel were not rude but they were not friendly, unfortunately customer service is a thing of the past.

Only complaints i have were that my power went off on my room when I was using iron and hair dryer at the same time . Also my key card didnt work for parking gate so I had to pay $15 the first time till the corrected it . Nice family friendly place …it is pet friendly but with come along the smell of dog urine in certain spots .

What an amazing location! For the pools, to the rooms with outdoor fire pits, close to the shopping center, dog park area. I can go on and on.

I booked this reservation, securing late check out. I paid more for this during check out and was the whole reason we booked - knowing that our daughter would be able to take a nap during this time the next day. We were told at checkout that this 'didnt show in our reservation' and that we would need to check if we could have late check out the morning of. We were not allowed late check out after asking the morning of, which then made us have to change all of our plans around. This shouldn't be an option at checkout if it is false and going to lead guests on.

This is a resort property with a lot of action. We had a college graduation party going on the the room near ours. But they quieted down around 9:30. The staff at the cafe store was not the most cordial nor helpful but that could have just been the help for that day. Nice place. Great place for families.
