We had a broken bathroom in our room when we arrived, we called the front desk for a new room, however they said they had to send out a maintenance worker to look at it before they could allow us to switch. After the maintenance worker messed around with it for 5-10 minutes, he said everything worked fine. It was NOT fixed. We ended up using the public bathrooms as much as we could when we left the room. The room also had trim falling off the walls in the bathroom. The next morning we called and informed them the bathroom was still not fixed. The woman at the front desk was very nice and gave us a new room. Once in that room, we were barely able to use the patio area due to the couple next to us constantly Smoking weed on their patio whenever they were outside. I was comped $50 for my stay, however me and my girlfriend will not be staying there again.

The room condition was horrible, the curtains all broken, the bathroom door wasn’t working correctly. They didn’t clean my rooms for almost 4 days . The hotel looks old and dusty . When we arrived, they assigned to my daughters a room full of bottles with chemicals and it had a very strong smell as if it were the storage then they changed them to one that was full of dust and you could tell that they didn't open it for a long time.

Overall poor experience. Waited 45 minutes at airport for shuttle after calling twice (hotel is 5 minutes away). Waitress at attached restaurant was rude, neglectful. Shower pipe was broken in wall - gushing water behind wall. Clearly had been broken for some time.

It was the perfect hotel if you’re headed out on a cruise. Just walk across the street to the terminal. The hotel was great, friendly staff and the restaurant was very convenient.
