The price was reasonable and included breakfast. While there was an extra charge for valet parking, considering the downtown location, it was actually better and safer than finding cheaper parking elsewhere. The hotel had direct access to the Riverwalk via the basement, making it very convenient, and its location was excellent, being within a 10-minute walk of famous landmarks like the Alamo. The front desk and valet staff were all friendly, making the check-in and check-out process pleasant. Despite being an older building, it was clean, and even though my room was right next to the elevator, it wasn't noisy. Very satisfied.

Great value. Loved the historic, converted bank architecture and preserved features incorporated into the design. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect central location on the Riverwalk. Hot breakfast served early was a great convenience and cost savings. Indoor hot tub was HOT and good! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Oh, I love Drury Plaza hotel I don’t go as often as I used to, but even though every time it’s always a nice experience, the breakfast is very good and now they even added a kickback, which is a dinner thing so that’s also a plus

We loved the room. The separate living space made it even better. We never got to take advantage of the free breakfast, but the free dinner and alcoholic beverages were great budget savers. The clean room, courteous staff, and excellent location right on the Riverwalk were all A+.

The staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Lisa Trevino went out of her way to help me with my check in. I noticed Albert from the kitchen helping others who were trying to put up their plates but had kids or disabilities that were making it rough for them. The room beds were comfy and clean. The rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing. Valet was sweet and helpful. Just a great experience a solid 10.

Absolutely amazing. The christmas decor was perfect, like out of a hallmark movie. The room was comfortable, spacious and spotless. When we checked in, we found out they had a lounge area with snacks and food in the early evening. The morning breakfast was exceptional. Full lineup of pancakes, sausage, egg, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, waffles, soda/coffee/juice bar. I couldn't ask for more. I was very impressed.

Stayed here for the San Antonio Marathon. Excellent location and loved the free dinner buffet and breakfast. Hotel ambience is very nice and staff very friendly. Safe location and extremely walkable to the Riverwalk, restaurants and shopping.
