Always love staying here and we will definitely be back. Minor issues this time though. The carpet on the 8th floor is pretty badly stained. Also they were doing some construction and were VERY loud right at 8am. I understand most people are up and moving by then, but this was our mini vacation from kids and work and I wasn't able to relax due to the noise.

Accidentally booked the hotel instead of the inns and suites location. I let them know I made a mistake, but they claimed that this location was actually newer, but that wasn’t the case. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Thin walls you can hear all the noise going on next-door and through the halls. Barely got any sleep. And paid more than what a room in inns and suites would cost me. Wouldn’t book here again.

Exceptional place to stay for any vacation

LOVE LOVE LOVE this Drury! For family get away trips we love this location every single time. Rooms are clean, AC great, staff customer service is EXCELLENT , hot breakfast and kick back food is AMAZING!! With my family I always feel safe and secure in this location. Great area to be in San Antonio. Pool, laundry, fitness areas are always clean and kept. Can’t wait to go back again! Makes our trips to San Antonio so much more enjoyable with this Drury Plaza location.

Great check in experience with front desk staff. Food was delicious. Dinner and breakfast are included on your stay. Pool and hot tub need some work. However, my family and I enjoyed it.
