No hot water. No one answered the phone. No Go!
No hot water for 3 day stay that was nearly $1,000. No answer from hotel when I tried calling front desk while on the property. Was 4 hours to check in and the line never went down in order to be able to speak to a manager. Have called the property 3 times upon my arrival at home and no one can find a manager to address my issues. Hotels.com attempted to contact the property while I was there and no one answered their call either, and this has been documented in writing to me in an email on my first night there. I had to Uber to another hotel across town to get a shower because there was no hot water. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Check in took way too long. Room assigned did not have curtains. Hotel easily and quickly reassigned to a different room. Nice room but definitely dated and it showed in the bathroom. Great location and breakfast was very good.

Hotel was fine except they are understaffed. There was always a line at the front desk and you can’t get a hold of anyone in the hotel by calling from the room phone. Parking was expensive but I’m sure it is due to the riverwalk
