This is a fabulous property for the value and price we paid. The valet parking is a little $$, but everywhere around this area is the same in that regard. The property was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The only complaint is there was way too much chlorine in the hot tub, it completely leached the color from my daughter's swimsuit and it changed colors irreversibly. She quickly exited once we realized how strong the chlorine was, but they should keep a better check on those levels. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Stay would have been great if parking for 2 days wasn’t $80. Room would of rated great if A/C Thermostat worked and cowling wasn’t falling off from customers removing to change temperature

A/C Thermostat on wall didn’t work and cover was falling off on A/C from room guest having to remove to adjust temperature since there was no access. Bath tub stopper didn’t work, so had to take shower when I wanted a bath. Parking for two nights was $80 since only other option was pay to park on street. Breakfast was what we expected for free and hotel personnel was friendly.

The room was in good condition, staff was friendly. I just did not like that there is no free parking, I asked to get towels brought up to two rooms that I had booked and no towels were ever given. Our room keys kept not working so I had to go back down stairs to get them reactivated, this happened 3 times and it was annoying.

The room was filthy. There were stains on the bed. The bed sunk to the ground. The area the hotel was dirty, loud, and not safe. Parking was not provided. There is a nightly fee.

Front desk I guess ok. We reserved for 3 adults. so room with a sofa bed. It was HORRIBLE. We called front desk. They could not do anything but offer us a comforter!! I called back. Nothing they could do. I asked to change rooms. She said same type. I said I want a confortable bed forvthe 3rd adult to be able to sleep. She gives us exactly the same thing!! Mattress maybe 1/4 inch less springs. When I had called, I had told her this hotel does not believe in the comfort of their clients!! And I believe this. Neither the hotel, nor Expedia, should be promoting this room for more than 2 adults. Disappointed is an understatement. The 3rd person did not sleep well.

Clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Only negative is we could hear the nightclub down the street til about 2 am. That’s because we brought a sound machine but it was very loud! 😢
