WiFi was good but Definitely needs a flexible work desk, it’s attached to wall unit and cannot move or lower, it was too high to work comfortably. Desk chair was broken, they had to replace. Shower was not sparkling clean. Water in bathroom sink & shower was always medium warm, could not get cold or hot water. Drawers kept sliding open, would not stay shut. Bed was good, comfortable sleep. Breakfast definitely needs cleaner ingredient healthier options along with Gluten free, Dairy free choices.

Family arrived ahead of time and let us know it was not very pleasant and there were homeless people around plus the smell in the room. I called to cancel since we found somewhere else and was still charged for 1 night…stay at the property downtown San Antonio..avoid this at all costs

This was a great property. We stayed for BMT graduation and it was close to the base, we grabbed food from the restaurants nearby (we walked!) and took over the lobby. Clean rooms, well kept, great breakfast options.
