Found bed bugs in the room. Slept there one night, woke up covered in bites. I had around 15 and my friend who slept in the other bed had 10. We went up front and asked for a refund. Front desk lady was apologetic and helpful. Ended up having to use our money to wash and dry our clothes and spent hours of our trip doing laundry and the rest of the time super uncomfortable from being covered in bites. They were quick to refund but I would be afraid to stay here again.

The beds were comfy. Pool is nice. Carpets were dirty. Baby found a piece of pet food and tried to eat it. The breakfast was not continental. Bagel bar. Staff was excellent and helpful. Very nice people. Tv is aggravating to opperate. Overall it was a safe place to sleep.

Staff was very nice and helpful. We wish there was a microwave in the room instead of goong downstairs every time. Please fix the dryer it didnt dry our clothes the first time but the staff was able to dry it in the back for no extra charge
