While the room and accommodations were fine, my low rating is due to the Omni hotel charging my credit card for the room even though it was prepaid through Expedia. Essentially, I was charged twice for this reservation. I spoke with the front desk and was told this was fixed before my departure but a full week has gone by and my credit card has not been refunded.

Beautiful, clean rooms with an amazing view of the river. I come here every year during Christmas time (20 years) and the staff and amenities are consistently top notch. The BEST place to stay on the Riverwalk!
