Excellent room service, cleanliness, perfect balcony over the river. Bed is a bit hard, but ok. Very quiet. Lounge chair will not fit through balcony door, but ottoman will.

The Mansion was very beautiful, clean. The staff, especially the valet personnel, were very friendly and accommodating, especially with my Dad who uses a wheelchair.

Found cockroaches in the room each day of our trip. The last day there was a cockroach in my boot. Staff made no accommodations for the inconvenience. Really dissatisfied with the cleanliness of our room and anxious that we could be brining cockroaches home.

Very comfortable stay

Staff (front desk, valet, Four Brothers) were all polite and professional. Comfortable bed, and my husband loved the shower.
