Other peoples hairs in bathroom, dust on lamps and ice bucket. No heat in room-front desk only supplying space heater. Beds too small for a regular-size couple. Room lights were very dim so hard to see things, contrasting with 7 very bright lights in the bathroom (no reason why it’s so dark in the room). Just add brighter bulbs or more lamps.

My better half and I have occasionally been staying at this property for over twenty years. The restaurant is first class as are the maids, front desk staff, valets, and even the security guards. On our most recent visit we experienced things we never thought possible. Perhaps what we witnessed may be explained but nevertheless things became hard to explain. We were there for a very large conference and all hotels in the area were booked to capacity. We would have checked out early but my job did not allow for me to miss this event. During the first night of our stay I made my way down to the front desk to request toothpaste as we forgot ours. That’s when the security guard informed me that someone had seen what they described as a “spirit” on the fourth floor. We were staying on the third floor. What the security guard showed me next shook me as I had never seen anything like that before. I was shown footage of a young man looking in a mirror and a dark figure moving around behind him only visible through the mirror. The incident was recorded by the security camera. I returned to my room. We did not sleep much that night. After a long day at the conference we returned and attempted to rest only to hear weird footsteps and encountering strange smells. In the middle of the second sleepless night I began to doze off when I was awoken by something applying pressure to my leg. It was painful and strong. Happened twice. We checked out next day. More but too much to type.
