Well it was not disclosed that you had to pay $70 a day to park. There was nowhere to get snacks at night. Walls very thin. Did not make beds, did not restock coffee or towels. Very expensive for not that great of a room. I would compare it to a Best Western.

The internet was really bad I couldn’t even open my bank app. When I went down to ask the staff wasn’t helpful at all. I am a member and didn’t even care to pay for internet they just didn’t had. I been staying there for years but CS has really changed.

Excellent, spacious room. Staff was professional, and immediately addressed a minor issue we had with the room next to us. Location, location, location. Walk out the rear of the hotel onto the riverwalk. Cannot beat the location. Parking at the hotel, and in the area is expensive, as can be expected in any major city downtown. Would definitely return.

The room wasn’t super clean, but the biggest issue was the noise and elevators. We were next to the custodial door and it was slammed shut what felt like once an hour, all through the night. The street noise was unbearable as well, but I get that’s difficult to manage. The elevators were incredibly slow, at all times. We asked if we could use the stairs but were told no. For the price of this hotel, there should be minimal noise at night, and a much better elevator system. I was excited to enjoy the heavenly bed but with the noise, I didn’t get any sleep.

It was clear they were short-staffed Christmas week. The public bathrooms were not being maintained, the room wasn’t cleaned until evening one day, and only one out of 4 elevators were working, and soap dispenser in shower was empty.
