They were very friendly and helpful when we needed things. Room was clean and they alway got us the things we needed. Loved how we couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our Tv we went down to tell them. It was amazing how the maintenance guy came up and took the time to explain how to get it to work. He even left us an extra remote in case it happened again. It was a great experience. Their pillows and beds were also comfy. We would definitely stay there again.

This was by far my favorite stay in San Antonio to date. This will be my go to spot going foward. I have stayed at other nearby hotels and the service and atmosphere definitely is beyond my expectations. Great job and see you next month.

All was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff cleaning the room went over and above. Liked the breakfast spread. Wonderful place for a five night stay. The one thing that was annoying for sleeping was the flashing green lights almost above the bed. I’m assuming it’s a CO2 detector. It is like being on the airport runway.

This place was terrible from the start. The indoor pool was closed and we were told to walk across the parking lot to a neighboring hotel to use theirs. The bath tub in our room was filthy, the couch has huge rips in the cushions and my daughter ended up with looked like SEVERAL bed bug bites. The breakfast was awful.
