It was a nice property convenient for what we needed for being in San Antonio for a tournament. Did not get my hot water issue Resolved in the 4 days I was there, but all and all, it was a good experience.

I’m not into ANTS!

I recently stayed at La Quinta, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. I found ants in the sink area, which was very unsettling. While the staff did offer another room, their overall response to the issue felt minimal and not as proactive as I would have hoped. I appreciated the offer to switch rooms, but there wasn’t much effort to make up for the inconvenience or ensure I felt taken care of. Cleanliness is a top priority when choosing a hotel, and this experience made me question their standards. I hope La Quinta takes steps to address these types of issues more effectively in the future.

Not much ,hotel shares part of hotel with mental health services ,w Hotel shares part of hotel with mental health services which they didnt say and we were givin a handicap room which was dirty and smelled horrible ,ac didnt work and fan came on all night long by itself ,after i turned power off . Good for a 1 nighter

It was OK. Bathtub had mold in it and floor had not been mopped. Room was as expected with pretty good view. Location apparently shares space with a medical facility. 1 of 2 elevators was not working. People seem to forget all their manners in hotels and try to be as loud as possible. Suspect they cater more to Mexican visitors to the Medical Center since all the TV menus were in Spanish. Free breakfast was OK but not a lot of choices; eggs, sausage, waffles. No restaurants nearby but plenty along the I10 access road going north. AC/heater worked fine even though the drapes covered part of the vent. Looks like they have an indoor pool but didn't investigate. Staff was friendly with all interactions. Sign on access road was clearly visible so you don't miss the turn. Total billing $150. All in all, acceptable for quick stop.
