This hotel has changed over time and some things for the worse. Now you must pay to park (used to be free) The last few times we have stayed here the tvs in the room are not working properly. It’s a good hotel in a nice area but these small things add up over time. Not sure we will be back. woe

Have stayed at the embassy landmark in san antonio a few times. Our stays have always been great. The first surprise that now you have to pay for parking. $11 a day. There is no reason for this as the parking lot was not secure. There are bars as you enter the lot but it doesn't require payment or payment as you leave. Anyone can come in and out at their own will. The manager special used to have great desserts. Now a wrapped stale cookie that were served two nights in a row. Next our toilet broke in the middle of the night. When i advised the front desk, not an apology not even a mention of any compensation. The room was alot smaller. The TV kept disconnecting every 10 minutes. I advised the front desk that it was an ongoing issue. An ongoing issue that last 3 days. No compensation at all. This is the last time i will be staying here. $11 a day

Room was small but clean staff was as helpful as required to be but not accommodating. Breakfast is good lots of variety and cook to order. Snacks during social hours always the same and not very good. Pool small and not heated. Gym small and not.well equipped. For the proce expected better.
