Hotel personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel common areas and rooms were fresh and clean. The only issues we had were the valet and bell at check-in were overwhelmed and unsure. And, only 3 of 4 elevators were working most of the time and many of the up/down/arrival indicator lights were inoperative.

We enjoyed it so much. The whole resort had been renovated, we stayed at the right time, it had just opened so everything is clean and pristine, everything is new. Lots of dining options, friendly staff. Love it. Location excellent.

Excellent location, great and friendly staff, fun dining / bar option. We got a great deal for a suite, last minute, and it was perfect for our needs. Walkable to the Heavenly Gondola and village, comfortable room, good stay. Only problem was most elevators seemed not to be working, so frequently a wait.
