My family and I had a great time. The staff is super friendly and the rooms were kept clean. Love that they have a Dominos Pizza adjacent to the hotel. Parking would be more desirable but we managed by parking across the street at the Sunset Hotel structure.

1) You need to invest in bedding before revamping the pool. The bed is the most horrible bed ever! I woke up sore each and every morning and could barely sleep on the hard uncomfortable beds with the flimsy pillows. I understand you're only 2.5-3 star hotel but still do better. 2) Your staff act as if they are mad. It's understandable they don't want to be at work. But fake it at least. Especially valet! I'm laying $55 a day with tips for them to take 20 minutes to bring my car and service others before?! At least housekeeping was nice 3) Construction was ridiculous. I was in room 340 and there is no way there was loud noises and rumbling at 10pm at night and early morning. Let me know ahead of time and I should definitely be discounted for that disturbance! 4) Ice machine wasn't working but glad as I seen mold at the bottom of dispenser and became skeptical of the ice received at the bar. Please renovate this hotel! And revamp some staff too

The AC is very loud, couldn’t sleep the first couple nights. Also, I think it shouldn’t say it is ocean view, it should be partial ocean view.

The room was okay. Prices are extremely high. Other than valet, no parking at hotel. We had to park on another property and walk. Limited unloading space. Very loud in bar area - a patron was playing his music extremely loud. This went on - then upon our request, Clerk asked him to turn it down. He complied, but only slightly. Left it playing loud and no one did anything about it. When she left, he was angry and continued to mock and use foul language at us. Other clerks did nothing about it.

It was very very crowded, there was line for everything. Elevator lines were ridiculous sometimes 25 minutes. The valet line & wait was very long, the breakfast if u go after 7, no table to sit. Overall my experience was not positive with this place
